Dear Pure Home Air:
I have never written to a company before, and the Biozone 3000 has only been in our home for 3 days, still, I feel compelled to report my experience. My husband and I unknowingly purchased a home without a kitchen exhaust fan. By the time we realized it, it was too late. We tried to have a kitchen exhaust installed, but it was impossible due to the location of our cooking area. Every time I prepared meals, the cooking odors would linger. Garlic, sauteed onions, and fish odors were the worst. The smell hung in the air several days after the meal was served. A fresh pot of chili simmering on the stove smells wonderful, but the stale smell of hamburger grease and onions three days later is horrible. Our Honeywell air purifier did nothing. Room sprays only temporarily masked the odor. I was becoming very depressed at the prospect of not being able to open the windows or run the fans during the long, cold winter months. I searched the internet for a solution, and out of desperation, ordered the Biozone 3000. I had very low expectations and warned the customer service rep that I was going to send it right back if it didn't work as promised. The first night, my husband and I both noticed that the air seemed fresher and smelled cleaner. I decided to test the machine. Last night, I cooked salmon (normally a very stinky ordeal). I told my husband that if we smelled salmon the next day, I would return the Biozone and have our 400 refunded. To our surprise, the salmon odor completely disappeared that same evening. This morning, I made an onion and cheese omelet. By lunch, the onion smell completely disappeared. The Biozone has exceeded my expectations. I am ecstatic with these initial results. Surely there are other people in our situation. I wish I could reassure them that this product really does work.

You hear a lot of marketing consultants talk about improving the customer's "shopping experience", but the folks at Pure Home Air have already figured it out, even for internet sales. Their web-site is well-organized so that you can quickly get an overview of each product and what it's designed to do, or link further into the web-site right down to the "rocket science" level! All of our pre-sales inquiries were done via e-mail. Our sales contact for that was very competant and responsive, technically knowledgable, forthright, and willing to discuss the specific air-quality issues in our home and recommend the best Biozone models for our precise situation. We ordered exactly what was recommended (model 3000 upstairs and model 2000 downstairs) and received timely e-mail updates on the progress of our order.
Our Biozone purifiers are working great in clearing up odors in the house, particularly kitchen grease odors, "good clean Golden Retriever odor", and a musty smell in the basement bathroom. We're assuming that viruses, bacteria, mold, mildew and spores are perishing in vast numbers! The purifiers' effectiveness was emphasized to us when we opened the connecting door into the non-air-conditioned part of the house, (the basement garage and pet room) and immediately noticed several odors at once (gas, rubber, trash can, etc.). We think the garage odors had been infiltrating into the house as we opened/closed that door. Then, after about a week, we each (independently) noticed that the odors in the garage and pet room were ALSO dissipating! Our new theory is that the Biozone plasma is now infiltrating out into the garage and is even neutralizing the odors in THAT area, something we didn't expect it to do! Cool!

I have had my Biozone 1000 air purifier for over a year now and it still is working like crazy. My home smells so fresh, even with 2 dogs, 1 cat, a hampster named Billy, 3 kids and 1 husband. No one would ever know that there are animals in my house. I love it so much that I am going to purchase a unit for my basement and a smaller one for the bath room. There is no maintenance, hardly anything to clean, just replace the bulb once a year. It is awsome.

Pure Home Air,
I am a fairly critical person so I didn't want to respond too quickly to the changes that the BIOZONE we purchased months back had made. But here I am, ordering a second one for a trouble area in our house because we are so pleased with the first one. When we first looked at this home, I detected a mildew smell but thought I could get past it because I loved the property. Then it became a bit overwhelming in the winter months. We also have five cats and two dogs that added to the potpourri of odors. We put the BIOZONE 1000 unit in the furthest back room where one of the litter boxes is and it eliminates that smell you never want to have when you have cats. We bought a different unit, a de-humidifier, for a damp room of the house but it doesn't get rid of the mildew smell. So now that I have compared both, I definitely see a superior performance in the BIOZONE air purifier and must have another!

We bought 2 units, 1000W and 3000W for the office. And now we can feel the clean air and really want to you thank for that.
We are working at the office all day long and about a year ago, one company moved next to our office. As most of offices in the building, there is only a wood-wall between suite and suite. Since that time, our office became one of the toxic place because of the smoke that came through the wall from the new neighbor. They constantly smoked inside of their office regardless of time, fortunately they were requested to move out. But still the smoke remained in the wall.
But since we turned on the unit, no more smelling of smoke. No more coughing and no more tear and we're free to breathe.

Thanks for your advice. I'm sold on this unit. My son is allergic to dust mites and had been coughing for the last couple months while I frantically washed his bedding, vacuumed and gave him allergy medicine. Since I've had the Biozone running now for the last 4-5 days, he totally stopped coughing and didn't have to take any allergy medicine last night. I'm convinced this has helped my son with his allergies. I've been telling everyone about it and how great it works.

Dear PureHomeAir,
I recently purchased a Biozone 2000 for my Grandparent's because they have respiratory problems. They also own an older house with paneling as the interior walls which began to grow mold along the edges. I must admit I was skeptical of the Biozone 2000 but now that they, and myself have noticed a significant difference in the air quality of the entire house as well as killing the mold spores and preventing them from returning. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking an air purifier. I give it 5 out of 5 stars! I liked it so much, I'm buying one for my home!

We just purchased a biozone air purifier for my home and business and we can't believe the difference. We have a sign business and we do a lot of painting. The residual chemical odors that are normally present 24 hours a day,are virtually undetectable now. We have noticed that when we are painting now, the odors are significantly reduced.
I have been using hepa filter units in my home for about ten years and as soon as I added the biozone unit, the dust and the odors were virtually eliminated. I would recommend your product to anyone that spends time indoors.

I couldn't believe the difference in my home after 24 hours. My husband and I both commented on how we woke up and could breathe out of both nostrils. I do have allergies and our dog sleeps at the end of our bed which my husband feels contributes to his stuffy nose. My husband also snores nightly, sometimes enough to drive me out of the room. Since we have been using the air purifier, he hardly snores at all...phew!... I'm going to let my friends in on this.

I am so amazed at how well this machine works! I am a smoker and so is my husband. We have been plagued with the coughing and hacking that comes with the smoke left behind. We would cough so hard that it would literally make us sick. My husband would open the window at night to air out the house, which would make me cough that much more!! I put your Biozone 1000 in my room and within one day I was not coughing any more. A second plus is that because I was breathing better, I also stopped snoring (which made my husband VERY happy!).
I love your product so much after one week, that I am now going to purhase your Biozone 3000 for the rest of the house!

I was recently introduced to the Biozone Air purification unit and was pleasantly surprised with its effectiveness. Using petri dishes, two biological tests were performed in my hospital, one before the use of the Biozone and one incorporating the Biozone unit. The dramatic reduction of bacteria in the petri dishes when the Biozone was used was truly amazing.
My staff and I have not only noticed the improved air quality in our facility, but, much to our relief, reduction in occurrence of allergies and sinus headaches. Many clients have also commented on how "clean" the hospital smells. I have even put the Biozone unit "to the test" with the troublesome odors such as tomcat urine and diarrhea cases --- it worked tremendously.

I have to tell you how nice it is to cook fish and not have our place smell like it for days. I want to take this opportunity to says something about the Powerzone III machine that we recently received from your company.
The Powerzone III by Biozone Scientific is one amazing machine. Ours is in all suites hotel catering to guests who are relocating as well as travelers from foreign countries who cook many of their native dishes. Needless to say, this makes it necessary for us to attempt to eradicate many different types of odors. The Powerzone III has worked wonderfully in every situation in which we have placed it.
The machine makes quick work of eliminating tobacco odor from a smoking suite when needed for a non-smoking guest. We've also used the Powerzone III to remove the odor of foul smelling water in carpets and furnishings, and the smell of fresh carpet glue. In the latter case, the suite was able to be used just 1 hour after the carpet was laid.
Having had minimal success with various types of machines and carpet applications in attempting to remove smells from fabrics, I am very pleased to find a product that really works. I will definitely recommend the Powerzone machine to anyone needing to make quick work of odors.

Louisville was the victim of a deluge - 12" of rainfall in 24 hours. After clearing out the soggy mess, the air purifier unit took over to remove the smell and did so in a very timely manner.

Toby's Oasis is a small cafe/deli across from the beach. We installed a Biozone Unit a week ago and we can't believe the difference. The air quality and fresh smell is unbelievable. As you can imagine, the odors from the ocean, from sunbathers, from all the food we prepare are quite a combination. Unfortunately not always a good combination. Your air purifier solved this problem. We also love the fact that it is a no maintenance product. The last thing we need is something else to try to keep running.
